About the Role
Kubikware™ is a digital agency with 20+ years of experience building web and mobile platforms, video games, AR/VR applications, and AI/ML solutions. We’re expanding our team with a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer based in Latin America to help deliver a production-ready, AI-driven solution for a fast-paced engagement.
This role offers the opportunity for long-term collaboration based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver production-ready backend and full-stack features using Python and modern web practices
- Develop user-facing components with React to support AI-enabled experiences
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into application workflows to deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with a distributed team to design, implement, test, and iterate on solutions
- Own engineering tasks from implementation through delivery, ensuring reliability and quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack roles
- Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement)
- Experience building with React
- Comfort working with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI features into applications
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment
