About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a Senior Safety Operations Analyst to support our Child Safety mission. In this role, you will help train and refine Grok to enforce our terms and improve safety performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of child safety enforcement using Grok
- Analyze safety-related outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen policy adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to translate findings into actionable improvements
- Communicate insights clearly and concisely to help the team move quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in safety operations, compliance, or related risk evaluation
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings simply
- Strong prioritization and hands-on problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working in a small, high-expectations team environment
