About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a Senior Safety Operations Analyst focused on Child Safety. In this role, you’ll help advance our mission by training and refining Grok to better enforce our terms and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and improvement of safety enforcement for child-related use cases
- Train, evaluate, and iterate on Grok behaviors to align with policy and quality goals
- Analyze safety outcomes and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with a small, hands-on team to deliver engineering excellence
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely with teammates
Requirements
- Experience in safety operations, trust & safety, or related analytical work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share technical knowledge accurately
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and a strong work ethic in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working in a flat organization where initiative and direct contribution are expected
