About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Midtown East. This part-time role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while helping drive sales through consultative conversations and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through products and services with a consultative approach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Support sales goals by converting inquiries into purchases
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Work effectively with the team to meet daily and weekly targets
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Proven sales experience with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or clinic-facing environment
Compensation & Benefits
