About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to grow our Model Portfolio Solutions within Financial Advisor Services (FAS). You’ll lead a team of Internal Sales Consultants and guide consultative, portfolio-level conversations that help advisors scale their practices and improve client outcomes.
In this role, you’ll blend sales leadership, planning, and coaching to increase adoption, strengthen advisor relationships, and elevate how we engage the advisory community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Internal Sales Consultants
- Lead consultative conversations that position model portfolio solutions for advisor needs
- Drive growth through strategy, execution, and consistent performance management
- Partner across teams to improve how we engage advisors and communicate value
- Support adoption of scalable portfolio solutions to help advisors expand and serve clients better
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services or advisor-focused environments
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Ability to lead consultative, portfolio-level discussions with advisors
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving adoption and measurable growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
