About the Role
LightFeather is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal agency clients. You’ll serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams—turning complex mission needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions while helping ensure federal compliance and strong data quality across the backlog.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and process design for ServiceNow implementations
- Translate mission and business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate workflows, data needs, and system behavior
- Support backlog refinement by maintaining high-quality, accurate requirements and documentation
- Ensure solutions align with relevant federal standards and program expectations
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise workflows and/or ServiceNow projects
- Strong ability to document requirements and map business processes to system capabilities
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
- Availability to work remote hours aligned with EST
