About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Site Installation Supervisor to lead day-to-day field execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls installation work in active airport environments. This is a working supervisory role—highly visible on site, directly supporting crews, and driving safe, efficient progress from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field crews hands-on to ensure installation work is executed safely and to spec
- Coordinate subcontractors and self-performed crews to maintain productivity and quality
- Support material staging, site logistics, and field readiness for installation activities
- Monitor installation progress against labor budgets and production targets
- Lead weekly schedule review meetings with project management and trade partners to keep the project aligned
- Manage labor deployment and assist with production planning to meet milestones
- Maintain strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with site requirements
Requirements
- Experience supervising installation activities for mechanical, electrical, and/or controls systems
- Proven ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors in active operational environments
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and field execution
- Ability to track productivity and labor performance against budgets
- Comfort leading weekly coordination meetings and communicating across trades
