About the Role
Aprio is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Business Operations Information Technology team. In this role, you’ll help keep critical infrastructure running smoothly while supporting internal and client needs across a fast-growing, global organization.
Responsibilities
- Take domain ownership for the operational health of one or two infrastructure areas (for example, server environments)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and systems issues to maintain reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance, stability, and operational processes
- Contribute to infrastructure planning, documentation, and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting infrastructure systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of systems operations and reliability best practices
- Ability to own outcomes, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
