About the Role
PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support Project Farma. In this role, you’ll help keep the hiring process running smoothly across multiple locations while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities and support end-to-end scheduling for interviews and candidate touchpoints
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates across recruiting systems
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to track requisitions, status changes, and next steps
- Assist with candidate communications to support a positive, professional experience
- Help manage recruiting workflows and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or a related HR support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams
- Proficiency with HR/recruiting tools and data management (or the ability to learn quickly)
