About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and integration of complex aerospace systems. In this role, you’ll apply both engineering and project management expertise to guide development and testing efforts, coordinate technical deliverables, and help ensure safety-critical verification is completed successfully.
Responsibilities
- Own project plans, scope, and schedules for aerospace system development and test activities.
- Partner with subject matter experts to define technical deliverables and keep engineering work on track.
- Lead day-to-day technical execution, including hardware integration, software testing, and verification of safety-critical systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to surface technical issues early and drive resolution during development and test.
- Identify schedule risks proactively and apply technical insight to mitigate impacts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of aerospace systems and technical project delivery.
- Experience managing complex engineering projects end-to-end, including integration and testing.
- Proficiency coordinating hardware integration and software testing activities.
- Ability to lead safety-critical system verification and manage technical stakeholders effectively.
