About the Role
LightFeather is hiring a Senior Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal agency clients by leading requirements discovery and process design. You’ll serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating mission needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions while maintaining strong backlog data quality.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow initiatives
- Design and refine end-to-end business processes and workflows
- Translate complex mission requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Partner with stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions meet federal compliance expectations
- Maintain high-quality, accurate backlog information to support delivery planning
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities in current processes
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst for technical platforms, with strong ServiceNow exposure
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, implementable designs
- Experience working with federal or compliance-driven environments preferred
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across business and engineering teams
