About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical partner for our product, sales, and customer success teams. In this role, you’ll design and deliver tailored solutions for commercial real estate clients, with a focus on the VTS Activate ecosystem (including Activate, Activate Workplace, Activate Multifamily, CBRE Host, and CBRE Host Building). Your blend of property management insight and hands-on technical expertise will help customers realize maximum value from our software.
Location: New York, NY. This opportunity requires working from the office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) and lead for the VTS Activate integration landscape and partnership efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and customer success) to shape solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical guidance during discovery, solution design, and implementation planning for commercial real estate customers.
- Support integration and partnership activities with both internal stakeholders and external organizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical solutions consulting, systems integrations, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate workflows and/or property management operations.
- Deep technical proficiency with the ability to translate client requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, 4 days per week.
