Service Delivery Associate (Remote-First)

About the Role

Presence provides teletherapy solutions that help children with diverse needs get the support they need. As a Service Delivery Associate, you’ll help coordinate and deliver services across our growing network of clinicians supporting K-12 school districts nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and coordination to ensure clinicians and school partners are aligned
• Assist with cross-functional communication across internal teams to keep delivery on track
• Help maintain an engaged, “cameras on” collaboration approach while working remotely
• Contribute to strong relationships with clinicians and school stakeholders
• Support service delivery processes that improve the experience for families and educators

Requirements

• Comfort working in a remote-first environment with strong communication habits
• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage details across multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness for travel as needed, depending on role requirements
