EquipmentShare is seeking a Service Writer to join our rental facility in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. In this role, you’ll help deliver a smooth rental experience by coordinating schedules and keeping customer service standards front and center.
Responsibilities
- Schedule equipment rentals to support customer needs and operational timelines
- Maintain high customer service standards throughout the rental process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely updates
- Support a positive customer experience from request through fulfillment
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
- Reliability and willingness to work Monday–Friday during the assigned hours
