About the Role
Verisign is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve mission-critical services that keep the Internet secure, stable, and resilient. You’ll join a team focused on engineering excellence, strong collaboration, and operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain production services that support critical Internet infrastructure
- Deploy and support software and infrastructure changes with a reliability-first mindset
- Contribute to the security and resilience of systems through engineering best practices
- Work closely with engineering partners to troubleshoot issues and improve service performance
- Help automate operational tasks to increase consistency, speed, and uptime
Requirements
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering or similar operations-focused engineering roles
- Hands-on knowledge of IBM AIX and related systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
