About the Role
Aion is seeking an AI-native content operator to lead our social media presence and thought leadership. This role goes beyond posting—it’s about partnering with company leadership to spot key moments in AI, enterprise technology, startups, and venture capital, then translating them into compelling narratives that grow Aion’s brand and influence.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Aion’s social channels, including LinkedIn and X, plus other relevant platforms
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned to product, research, and industry developments
- Monitor AI news, publications, product launches, funding announcements, and market trends
- Identify timely opportunities for Aion and leadership to join relevant conversations
- Draft posts, threads, executive commentary, and thought leadership content
- Partner with design to produce social graphics, carousels, videos, and other visual assets
- Support promotion for conferences, events, and speaking engagements
- Track content performance and continuously improve strategy based on results
- Build repeatable systems and workflows to respond quickly to important changes in the AI ecosystem
Requirements
- Builder mindset with comfort experimenting, moving fast, and challenging traditional marketing approaches
- Strong understanding of AI, venture capital, startups, technology, and enterprise software
- Ability to grasp company positioning and translate industry narratives into clear messaging
- Familiarity with AI and content tools for creation, research, monitoring, and workflow automation
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive-appropriate communication skills
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, X, and executive social media accounts
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging, shareable content
- Strong organization and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
