About the Role

Microsoft Edge is a core product and a key entry point to the company’s AI ecosystem, used by hundreds of millions of people every day. The Edge Growth Deep Personalization team is building the foundation for next-generation, AI-driven experiences that feel uniquely relevant to each user.

You’ll help bridge software engineering and data science—turning user signals into intelligent, personalized outcomes through experimentation, learning, and scalable delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve client-side systems that power personalized Edge experiences
  • Collaborate with data science and product partners to connect signals to intelligence
  • Develop and iterate on experimentation frameworks to support rapid learning and optimization
  • Contribute to engineering practices that improve reliability, performance, and scalability

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems
  • Experience working with modern web technologies and client-side software
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as reinforcement learning and large language models
  • Comfort collaborating across disciplines (engineering, data science, and design)
