About the Role
True Anomaly is building mission-critical technology for space superiority, including autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, and mission software. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer I to help ensure our software releases meet quality and reliability expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with test planning and execution across software features and releases
- Write and maintain test cases to validate functionality and performance
- Report defects clearly and help track fixes through resolution
- Collaborate with engineers to understand requirements and improve test coverage
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
Requirements
- Early career experience or strong academic projects in software testing or QA
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Comfort working with software requirements and translating them into test scenarios
- Basic understanding of QA concepts (test cases, bug reporting, regression testing)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
