About the Role
We’re seeking a Solutions Architect with strong Java experience and solid knowledge of the financial services domain. In this role, you’ll design scalable architecture, guide engineering decisions, and help teams build secure, production-ready software that supports long-term platform goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable coding frameworks using sound software architecture practices
- Advise cross-functional teams on technology choices to align with target-state architecture
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code produced by others
- Act as a go-to subject matter expert for architectural and implementation questions
- Contribute to technical methods in specialized areas using modern product development methodologies
- Create reusable software frameworks that improve delivery speed and output quality across teams
- Provide architectural direction and guidance for current and future platform engineering efforts
- Support a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar architecture-focused role
- Strong Java development background
- Good financial domain knowledge
- Experience designing durable, reusable software frameworks and patterns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
