About the Role
William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our retail sportsbook operations in Las Vegas. You’ll be the friendly face of the venue, welcoming both regular customers and first-time bettors while delivering dependable, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests with a focus on a welcoming, respectful experience
- Answer questions about the sportsbook betting menu and help customers make informed, responsible wagering decisions
- Assist customers with ticket writing and day-to-day sportsbook support tasks
- Handle customer interactions professionally during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with the public
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a high-energy retail setting
- Basic understanding of sports betting concepts (training may be provided)
