About the Role
William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to support our retail sportsbook operations in Primm, Nevada. You’ll be the friendly, in-person point of contact for guests—whether they’re seasoned bettors or new to sports wagering.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to guests throughout the wagering experience
- Answer questions and provide guidance on sports betting options and ticketing procedures
- Help customers make informed, responsible decisions while following company policies
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence in a fast-paced retail environment
- Support day-to-day operations by coordinating with the Sportsbook Manager
Requirements
- Comfort working directly with the public in a retail setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as scheduled
