About the Role
William Hill U.S. is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to be the friendly face of our retail sportsbook. In this role, you’ll welcome both regular customers and first-time bettors, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to support a positive in-store experience
- Answer questions about sports betting options and help customers navigate the menu
- Assist customers with responsible, informed wagering decisions
- Report to the Sportsbook Manager and support day-to-day retail operations
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with the public and building rapport
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
