About the Role
Lantern is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to support our healthcare technology mission. You’ll help bridge the gap between our platform and real-world needs by applying strong engineering judgment and a logic-driven approach to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use structured, logic-based decision making to guide engineering priorities and tradeoffs
- Drive progress by translating requirements into working improvements
- Support integration and implementation efforts related to Salesforce Health Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve the member and care experience
Requirements
- Experience building and supporting Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on logical reasoning and measurable outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment and deliver incremental progress
- Strong communication skills to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
