About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist in Industrial Engineering & Production Systems to help design and improve the processes that power our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production workflows and factory processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and throughput improvements.
- Support the development and optimization of production systems, including documentation, standards, and continuous improvement plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and validate results against operational targets.
- Assist in evaluating equipment, layout, and production methods to ensure scalable, repeatable manufacturing.
- Track performance metrics and drive action on root-cause findings related to process variation or downtime.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial engineering, production systems, or manufacturing process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical process recommendations.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as standard work, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Experience supporting production environments and implementing changes in a structured, measurable way.
