About the Role
Viant is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic post-sales partner for our most important customers. In this role, you’ll bridge technology, measurement, and client strategy to help grow long-term adoption of Viant’s advanced measurement and data solutions.
You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and product teams to strengthen relationships, improve technical maturity, and turn complex capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts after the sale
- Translate measurement and data platform capabilities into measurable business value
- Partner with internal teams to develop and refine solution strategy for customers
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to accelerate adoption and long-term impact
- Lead or support technical projects and ongoing account execution planning
- Influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders through clear communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., technical account management, solutions, or customer engineering)
- Strong understanding of measurement, data, and technology concepts
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive execution
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics in business-friendly terms
- Comfort partnering with multiple teams, including engineering and product
