About the Role
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Staff Analyst to support capacity planning activities that help ensure our diagnostic solutions meet customer and operational needs. In this role, you’ll use data-driven analysis and continuous improvement practices to turn planning inputs into actionable capacity decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze demand, workload, and capacity data to identify constraints, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models, reporting, and forecasts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans across operations, supply, and quality
- Monitor performance against plan and recommend process improvements
- Support scenario planning and continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput and service levels
Requirements
- Experience in capacity planning, operations analysis, or workforce/throughput planning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and process optimization
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners
