About the Role
Realtor.com is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to join our CI/CD Platform team within our Infrastructure organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll help design and evolve the shared delivery and platform capabilities that enable teams to ship reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve CI/CD platform workflows, tooling, and delivery pipelines
- Partner with engineering teams to standardize deployment practices and reduce release risk
- Drive reliability and performance improvements across build and release systems
- Implement automation that scales across services and environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support platform roadmap and adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience building and operating CI/CD systems in production environments
- Strong DevOps engineering skills, including infrastructure automation and deployment tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern infrastructure practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex pipeline and platform issues
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
