About the Role
Fivetran is on a mission to make data access as simple and dependable as electricity. As a Staff Product Manager focused on Developer Experience, you’ll help shape products that make it effortless for developers to integrate, adopt, and succeed with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for developer workflows, APIs, and tooling that improve usability and adoption
- Partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
- Own outcomes by establishing success metrics and iterating based on data and feedback
- Drive cross-functional execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and ongoing improvements
- Communicate product plans and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record delivering developer-focused products
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, integrations, and platform usability
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using metrics/experimentation to guide product decisions
