About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead recall and campaign management initiatives that help deliver reliable, compliant customer experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and cross-functional delivery to improve how we plan, launch, and manage vehicle campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for recall and campaign management workflows, from requirements to launch and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to define success metrics and delivery plans
- Translate business and regulatory needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Drive end-to-end execution for campaign planning, scheduling, communications, and tracking processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, auditability, and timely reporting
- Monitor performance post-launch and iterate based on operational feedback and customer outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with technical depth (e.g., APIs, data flows, platform or systems integration)
- Strong understanding of recall/campaign lifecycle concepts, compliance considerations, and operational execution
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines
- Experience defining requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical partners
- Track record of delivering complex product initiatives in fast-moving environments
