About the Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a collaborative, inclusive retail team while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play a visible role in growing store performance through community relationships, merchandise sales, technical services, print & marketing offerings, and business-to-business networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership across customer service, sales, and day-to-day store operations
- Coach and support team members to maintain a fun, team-oriented retail culture
- Drive growth in merchandise sales and technical services portfolio
- Promote print & marketing services and expand B2B opportunities
- Build and strengthen local community partnerships to increase store visibility
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong sales and service mindset with the ability to coach others
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced store setting
