As a Store Manager (General Manager), you’ll lead a welcoming, team-focused retail culture while helping customers succeed. You’ll drive measurable results across community relationships, merchandise sales, technical services, print & marketing offerings, and B2B networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership in customer service, sales, and day-to-day store operations
- Build strong community connections to support local growth and brand presence
- Manage performance across merchandise sales, technical services, and print & marketing services
- Strengthen business-to-business relationships and referral opportunities
- Coach and develop team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
