About the Role

Lessen is a tech-enabled, end-to-end property services provider helping commercial and residential real estate teams deliver and manage services at scale. We use a data-driven platform and a network of vetted affiliates to support clients across more than 1 million properties and millions of work orders each year.

As the Strategic Accounts Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of Account Representatives supporting assigned client portfolios. You’ll ensure consistently high customer service performance while driving progress toward client outcomes and Lessen’s financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of Account Representatives servicing assigned strategic accounts
  • Monitor service performance to maintain high customer satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Support achievement of client goals and Lessen financial targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations, operational needs, and account priorities
  • Coach and develop team members to improve effectiveness and consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service leadership, or client-facing operations
  • Strong ability to lead a team and manage performance against service and business metrics
  • Excellent communication and escalation management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
