About the Role

As the Strategic Accounts Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of Account Representatives supporting assigned client portfolios. You’ll ensure consistently high customer service performance while driving progress toward client outcomes and Lessen’s financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of Account Representatives servicing assigned strategic accounts
- Monitor service performance to maintain high customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Support achievement of client goals and Lessen financial targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations, operational needs, and account priorities
- Coach and develop team members to improve effectiveness and consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer service leadership, or client-facing operations
- Strong ability to lead a team and manage performance against service and business metrics
- Excellent communication and escalation management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
