Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly greetings and maintain a positive, service-first attitude
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to deliver accurate, high-quality service
- Check for guest satisfaction and resolve service issues effectively
- Promote Caesars Rewards and encourage guests to enroll in membership
- Process hotel reservations, assign rooms, and register guests
- Prepare sales and hotel packages, including ordering, banking, and reconciling coupons
- Coordinate check-in and check-out timing with relevant teams
- Provide a sincere farewell and thank guests for visiting
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay positive and energetic
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
- Comfort promoting loyalty programs
- Detail-oriented approach to reservations, room assignments, and guest registration
- Reliable communication and teamwork mindset
Compensation & Benefits
