About the Role
The Harker School is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Strategic Initiatives Research Analyst to support the school’s long-term strategic vision through research and data analysis. This role helps advance The Harker Strategic Plan 2025–2030, with a focus on strengthening Harker’s community by leveraging the expertise and engagement of alumni, parents, and other constituents.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives to research and organize constituent information
- Identify professionals whose backgrounds and expertise align with future Harker programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Manage and maintain research data to support ongoing planning and decision-making
- Summarize findings and help inform recommendations related to community engagement efforts
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information accurately
- Comfort working with data and maintaining structured records
- Proven research skills and the ability to synthesize information into clear insights
- Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
