About the Role
Wing is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role is remote within the United States. You will connect Wing’s physical drone production with its digital supply chain ecosystem by designing solutions that support manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and broader supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement supply chain system solutions using tools such as ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and data visualization platforms
- Lead systems implementation projects, from business requirements definition through user acceptance testing and production deployment
- Coordinate internal and external development programs to deliver solutions aligned with the business roadmap
- Partner cross-functionally to architect reliable data exchange integrations (API/EDI) between Wing systems and external partners, including manufacturing execution, inventory, warehouse, and MRP systems
- Create clear, high-fidelity business requirements documents and technical specifications to enable unambiguous delivery by development teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing supply chain systems, with strong ERP expertise (preferably SAP) and the ability to deliver planning solutions in complex global environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience implementing integrated supply chain systems across the full lifecycle (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ability to tailor it to business needs
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions; experience leading IT-focused projects in a supply chain context
- Deep understanding of materials management, logistics (forward and reverse), inventory management, procurement, and finance fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including experience working in global teams and ambiguous environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $140,000–$185,000 USD (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)
