About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support a fast-growing organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with remote flexibility for candidates in the US, Canada, or LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Work with stakeholders to validate metrics, definitions, and data accuracy
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve performance and reporting
- Document processes and support analytics deliverables end-to-end
Requirements
- Experience with BI reporting and analytics (dashboards and KPI reporting)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, contract-to-hire environment
