Vivid Seats is looking for a Support Specialist to help customers succeed with Skybox. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support while helping improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to users using Skybox, troubleshooting issues and answering questions
- Investigate reported problems, identify root causes, and recommend next steps
- Document support cases clearly to ensure consistent follow-up and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve support processes by sharing insights and feedback

- Ability to troubleshoot technical or product-related issues
- Comfort working with support tools and maintaining accurate case documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
