Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across the business, from workforce planning through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, timelines, and success criteria
- Drive sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and pipeline development
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring workflows to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Use data and insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring velocity
Requirements
- Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting and managing multiple concurrent searches
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
