About the Role
Assyst is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support a client with enterprise IT initiative delivery. This onsite role in Tallahassee, FL focuses on helping teams successfully adopt and sustain new technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate organizational change management activities for enterprise IT programs
- Develop and execute OCM strategies that support implementation, adoption, and long-term sustainment
- Assess organizational impacts and identify change needs across stakeholders and teams
- Partner with project managers, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align change efforts
- Support change planning for initiatives such as enterprise system rollouts, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure upgrades, software development, and digital transformation
Requirements
- Experience leading OCM activities for enterprise technology projects
- Strong ability to assess organizational impact and translate it into actionable change plans
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to coordinate with project and program teams to drive adoption
