Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to help deliver consistent, compassionate patient experiences
- Model the behaviors behind our values: service, empathy, integrity, positivity, and ownership
- Help coordinate day-to-day care operations to ensure patients have reliable support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address needs and improve care outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare or home care environment (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to take ownership, stay positive under pressure, and maintain high integrity
- Comfort working in a remote environment while supporting an in-field or distributed team
