About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to help onboard and manage clients across a specific service line care vertical. This is a remote role focused on turning client needs into successful implementations by coordinating technical work and the people/resources required to deliver outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support technology integration and go-live readiness
- Manage implementation execution for clients, products, or programs within your care vertical
- Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience leading technical implementations or integrations for clients or programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Ability to coordinate support resources and align stakeholders toward delivery goals
- Comfort working in a remote environment and communicating clearly across teams
