About the Role
RPI Consultants is seeking a Senior Infor HR/Talent Consultant to lead and support end-to-end HR and talent technology implementations. You will work closely with our HCM, PMO, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective Infor HCM solutions and improve project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead consultant for design, configuration, and deployment of the Infor HCM Suite, including Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession Management
- Gather and validate requirements, support solution design, and oversee configuration activities
- Drive conversion activities and ensure smooth cutover for HR and talent processes
- Provide end-user training, testing support, client guidance, and post go-live support
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project outcomes align to scope, timeline, and budget
Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing Infor HR/Talent (Infor HCM Suite)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing and internal collaboration
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle implementation activities from needs analysis through post-live support
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including HCM, PMO, and technical resources
