About the Role
Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development and delivery for the Hardware Server Platform supporting Azure cloud technologies. In this role, you’ll help turn new hardware concepts into scalable solutions through strong cross-team partnerships—moving from concept to live deployment.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution for hardware server platform initiatives for Azure
- Partner with engineering, hardware, and infrastructure teams to align on technical direction and delivery plans
- Coordinate cross-team milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Support strategy and business insight to improve deployment effectiveness for new hardware infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager in a technical environment
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional execution across engineering and infrastructure teams
- Proven skills in program planning, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with hardware and cloud infrastructure stakeholders
