About the Role
Google is looking for a Technical Program Manager III to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering efforts within Memory Silicon Development and Technical Infrastructure. You’ll balance the big-picture roadmap with hands-on technical problem solving, partnering closely with engineering teams and internal customers to deliver successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program execution, including planning requirements with internal partners and guiding projects through delivery
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cross-team dependencies
- Identify risks early, assess impact, and communicate clear mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and scaling best practices across programs
- Present technical analyses, recommendations, and trade-offs effectively to executives and engineers
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical programs across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and evaluate engineering trade-offs
- Excellent program planning, stakeholder management, and risk communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in improving processes and shaping program direction
