About the Role
Airtable’s Professional Services team helps customers redesign how work gets done. In this Technical Project Manager / Program Manager role, you will lead delivery on our most complex engagements across the West region, driving outcomes with technical delivery accountability—not just coordination.
Responsibilities
- Sequence technical work and manage execution across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external development partners, and enterprise customer groups
- Own shared milestones across different cadences while balancing compliance requirements and organizational dynamics
- Make real-time delivery decisions to keep plans aligned as requirements, timelines, and dependencies evolve
- Maintain strong working relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and on-time progress
- Coordinate delivery across complex engagements with a focus on measurable customer outcomes
Requirements
- Experience leading technical delivery programs or complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong program management skills, including sequencing work, managing dependencies, and driving to milestones
- Ability to work effectively with enterprise customers and external development partners
- Comfort navigating compliance and governance requirements in delivery planning
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
