About the Role
SI-BONE is a fast-growing, publicly traded medical device company focused on minimally invasive sacropelvic solutions. We’re hiring a Territory Representative to cover West Michigan and drive growth by building relationships with surgeons and supporting adoption of our products.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional Sales Director and manage assigned territory as determined by senior management
- Provide leadership and performance to help achieve company goals
- Identify, target, and train surgeons within the territory
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive sales outcomes and manage territory priorities
- Comfort working with clinical stakeholders and supporting training needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $60,000–$80,000 plus monthly variable pay
- Variable pay based on quarterly MBO performance
