About the Role

IBC Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Assistant to support the Treasury team and help deliver an excellent customer experience. This is an in-office role based in McAllen, Texas, where you’ll contribute to day-to-day treasury operations and help maintain strong relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine treasury management activities and operational support
  • Help process and track treasury-related requests and documentation
  • Support coordination of reporting and account activity reviews
