About the Role
IBC Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Assistant to support the Treasury team and help deliver an excellent customer experience. This is an in-office role based in McAllen, Texas, where you’ll contribute to day-to-day treasury operations and help maintain strong relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine treasury management activities and operational support
- Help process and track treasury-related requests and documentation
- Support coordination of reporting and account activity reviews
- Communicate with internal partners to ensure timely handling of treasury needs
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Basic understanding of financial operations and banking processes
- Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Comfort using standard office tools and learning internal systems
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment
