About the Role
Scion Group is looking for a Utility Billing Analyst to support our student housing communities. In this role, you’ll oversee the resident utility billing process, ensuring invoices are completed accurately and delivered on time each month.
You’ll also serve as a key point of contact for residents and internal teams, handling utility-related questions and coordinating with our utility expense management partner.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete monthly resident utility billing for assigned communities
- Provide responsive customer service support for resident utility inquiries
- Act as a liaison between community teams and the utility expense management partner
- Review utility billing data to help ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment
Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple billing and customer service priorities
- Clear communication skills for interacting with residents and partners
