About the Role
Palerto Studio is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate on innovative digital projects. This role is project-based or hourly, focused on creating experiences where strong aesthetics meet practical, build-ready design.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the team to design visually compelling and technically feasible digital experiences
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma with a focus on usability
- Design with modern web development trends in mind to support smooth implementation
- (Bonus) Support with platform constraints by applying knowledge of Webflow and Relume
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Experience designing web and digital products with scalability in mind
- Knowledge of how design decisions translate into development
- A user-centered problem-solving mindset that considers both experience and execution
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
