About the Role
PayZen is seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Strategic Finance to help shape and execute the company’s long-term financial direction. In this leadership role, you’ll bring analytical rigor to complex financial planning while partnering across teams to support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic financial planning to support long-term growth and operational decision-making
- Develop actionable insights from financial and business data to inform leadership priorities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to model scenarios, evaluate performance, and guide resource allocation
- Translate complex financial challenges into clear recommendations and execution plans
- Support scaling efforts by strengthening forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or finance leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive results
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing key business decisions
- Comfort working in a fast-growing environment with a high degree of ownership
